Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at H&H Manpower PTE. LTD. As an HR Generalist, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources executives and assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys
  • Compile and update employee records, both hard and soft copies
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Fast computer typing skills, particularly in MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills
