About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evangelize Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform and establish the company as a leader in the Enterprise Accounts market across all industries in the Hong Kong/Taiwan region.
- Identify, source, and pursue new sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline individually and in collaboration with the Databricks SDR team.
- Engage with business and technical decision-makers, guiding them through the evaluation and buying process.
- Exceed individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs, to drive business growth.
- Focus on customer success and upsell opportunities in existing customers.
- Develop a comprehensive Territory Strategy tailored to the Hong Kong/Taiwan market.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers.
- Proven success in Enterprise Sales roles, preferably in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
- Demonstrable experience in selling innovation, particularly in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
- A solution-focused sales approach, with expertise in articulating the business value of cloud and big data technologies to customers.
- Proven success and upward trajectory in previous roles.
