Unlock New Revenue Streams as an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive. In this role, you will focus on driving new revenue sales across a dedicated named account list of enterprise customers.

This is a unique opportunity to expand our presence in the market by nurturing and growing partnerships with existing clients. You will manage a portfolio of 5-8 customer accounts, identifying opportunities to introduce Dynatrace's solutions and drive revenue growth.

You'll benefit from mentorship provided by our award-winning leadership team and collaborate closely with our high-performing sales professionals, SDRs, and partners to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and work with existing customers to retain and expand Dynatrace usage.
  • Consult with Vice President and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace.
  • Establish Dynatrace in new and existing markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
  • Work closely with Dynatrace functional areas to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
  • Ensure customer implementations are wildly successful.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Enterprise software sales.
  • Ability to thrive in high-velocity situations and think/act with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with account mapping and planning.
  • Motivated and tenacious self-starter with a history of delivering high performance against quota.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations and compress decision cycles.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating internally across all supporting resources to maximize effectiveness and advance the sales process.
  • MEDDIC framework experience.
  • APM experience (a plus, but not necessary).
