Unlock New Revenue Streams as an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive
We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive new revenue growth across our existing enterprise customer base. As an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive, you'll focus on expanding our presence within these key accounts, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and drive sales.
This is a unique opportunity to join our award-winning sales team and contribute to the growth of Dynatrace, a leader in unified observability and security. You'll work closely with our high-performing sales professionals, SDRs, and partners to develop and execute a strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within our existing enterprise customer base.
- Drive new logo acquisition and work with existing customers to retain and expand Dynatrace usage.
- Consult with Vice President and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace.
- Establish Dynatrace in new and existing markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
- Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
- Work closely with Dynatrace functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
- Ensure customer implementations are wildly successful.
What We're Looking For
- A successful track record in Enterprise software sales.
- The ability to thrive in high-velocity situations and think/act with a sense of urgency.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with account mapping and planning.
- A motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently delivers high performance against quota driven by Vice President and C-level relationships.
- The ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, while compressing decision cycles.
- Outstanding communication (written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to collaborate internally across all supporting resources within sales to maximize effectiveness and advance the sales process.
- MEDDIC framework experience.
- APM experience (a plus, but not necessary).
