We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Assurance/Control Specialist to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
- Implement quality management matters and assist with internal audits.
- Perform record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards, and contract requirements.
- Manage the Document Control system and review processes for compliance.
- Conduct assessments and reviews on sub-contractors' performance.
- Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes.
- Prepare monthly reports on the quality of works and services performed by the team and subcontractors.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in any field.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality standards.
- Experience in IFM-related fields or fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls.
- Effective communicator with problem-solving skills.
- Self-independent team player with a growth mindset.
