Job Title: Cost Estimator Specialist

A key member of our team will ensure the financial viability of construction projects by analyzing and evaluating quotations, negotiating contracts, and managing project costs to stay within budget.

  • Preparation of Tender Documents:
    • Tender documents including quantities, measurements, cost estimates, and cost management are prepared.
    • Quotations are analyzed and evaluated, subcontracts for project awarded after negotiation.
  • Cost Budgeting and Management:
    • Assistance in preparing cost budgets, tracking changes in design/construction work, and adjusting budget projections.
    • Certification and evaluation of progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
  • Progress Claims and Variations:
    • Preparation and submission of monthly valuations for progress claims.
    • Monitoring and follow-up on contractual variations.
