Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Operations Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our site.

This role involves working in a team to carry out daily routine works, conducting inspections to ensure all building installations and equipment are maintained according to schedule and in good working condition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out work plans in accordance with client guidelines, standard operating procedures, and statutory requirements. They will also be required to attend to feedback, complaints, and services as requested by clients.

In addition, they will oversee works and services, ensuring they are delivered on time and according to client requirements. This includes supervising and managing contractors on scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of site facilities and equipment
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues
  • Carrying out work plans in accordance with client guidelines
  • Attending to feedback, complaints, and services
  • Overseeing works and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Nitec qualification in Facilities Management Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields
  • A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management, mechanical trades of ACMV, plumbing, and sanitary
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week
  • Willing to work at CBD area
  • Hands-on experience in building operation, M&E services
  • Experience in troubleshooting breakdowns/faults and performing service recovery
