Responsibilities:

  • Drive new market entry and existing market day-to-day operations by overseeing processes, projects, timelines, contracts, risks, status updates, and cross-functional communications.
  • Manage deliverables to achieve targeted milestones and ensure successful market & store launches through spearheading communications and follow-ups with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Develop reports on project progress using measurable metrics and delivery dates, as well as status reports on new market opening targets and existing market roadmap performance.
  • Identify and introduce innovative ideas and solutions to create efficiencies in overall new market entry and market maintenance, driving process innovation and simplification for all end-to-end procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a tech project manager working for companies with an international presence.
  • 3+ years of physical retail or restaurant project management experience preferred.
  • Technical knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, and project management software, with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Project management/project planning expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives.
  • Able to communicate/present clearly to all levels of management.
  • Process creation and metrics reporting experience.
