Job Title: Technical Support AssociateAbout the Role: The Technical Support Associate will provide support to senior technical staff in overseeing site operations, coordinating fault rectification works, and maintaining accurate records in our asset management systems.Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising site works, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Prepare basic reports, update asset management system entries, and assist in work coordination to achieve project goals.
  • Follow up with contractors and technicians on rectification timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or ITE certification in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic field-based environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with fault-logging systems is a plus.
