Job Title: Experienced Culinary Professional Wanted

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to prepare a variety of dishes, including Ayam Penyet, Ikan Penyet, Sup Buntut, and Bubur Ayam.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
  2. Manage inventory and mise en place
  3. Place orders for daily market list and receive goods
  4. Clean the kitchen and maintain a clean working environment
  5. Handle customer transactions using the POS System
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to do various dishes with full knowledge and understanding
  • Halal Assesment Certification preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
