Job Title: Chef De Partie

To excel in our kitchen, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie. As a key team member, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of items ordered and implemented according to our protocols.
  • Manage proper storage and conduct weekly inventory checks to avoid stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to identify necessary items and coordinate with Procurement for timely ordering.
  • Ensure precise fulfilment of client orders daily by maintaining attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with Operations to schedule timely deliveries and meet deadlines.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures rigorously to uphold our high standards.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and prepping, ensuring food meets quality and quantity standards.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and public holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Possession of a professional certificate in culinary arts, NITEC, or other relevant culinary qualifications that enhance your skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in fast-paced environments.
