This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality support for Human Resource Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support and resolution for HR systems-related issues and/or requests, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Support SuccessFactors, including foundation objects setup and management, administration of user access, troubleshooting, adjustments, and mass loading of data as needed, to drive operational efficiency in the HRMS process using technology.
Liaise with vendors for issues, solutioning, and enhancement requests, to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
Coordinate between users, payroll teams, and vendors on issues, enhancements, and/or change requests, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
Develop new or update existing user guides on new functionality or processes, to enhance knowledge sharing and reduce complexity.
Contribute to initiatives to drive operational efficiency in the HRMS process using technology, analyzing business process requirements and understanding HR domain knowledge to translate into HRIS system requirements.
Coordinate project leads in managing timelines, requirements, team members, appointed vendors, and implementers on related HR projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
Conduct all testing activities for implementation, enhancements, regular system updates, and proposed functional changes in the system, identifying and mitigating risks.
Conduct HR systems training for end-users and manage all communications relating to the system if required, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in HRIS system setup, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.
Degree in HR or IT relevant discipline, showcasing academic excellence and a solid foundation in HR or IT principles.
Experience with SuccessFactors support or implementation is an advantage, highlighting technical proficiency and adaptability.
Able to analyze business process requirements, understand HR domain knowledge, and translate into HRIS system requirements, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of development and testing cycles, data management skill, and experience in HRIS project management/support, demonstrating technical expertise and organizational capabilities.
Independent team player with ability to multitask, handling multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining focus and productivity.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, navigating complex situations and resolving issues efficiently.
Positive working attitude, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth and development.
