Our organization seeks a strategic partner to drive workforce management, HR processes, and employee engagement aligned with best practices. This role plays a pivotal part in regional strategy, talent management, and organizational development.

The objective is to foster a high-performance culture that supports business growth, enhances workforce capabilities, and maintains adherence to local labor regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Singapore operations, ensuring seamless workforce planning, employee relations, and HR initiatives tailored to the needs of the country.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle payroll processing with vendors, benefits administration, and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
  • Support the team in general and ad hoc tasks.
Business Partnership & Employee Engagement:
  • Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Provide guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
Talent Management & Performance:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to attract top fintech talent.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, compensation planning, and career development programs.
  • Support training and upskilling initiatives tailored to fintech industry needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field,
  • At least 2-3 years of regional HR business partnering experience with a minimum of 5 years of overall HR experience in MNC environment,
  • Familiarity with HR compliance standards, safety regulations, and relevant labor laws,
  • Proficiency in SAP, payroll systems, and performance management tools,
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
