Procurement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Leader to drive corporate governance, office space management, and procurement functions within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team, reviewing and implementing policies and processes to support departmental objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee financial management, project coordination, IT system administration, and access reviews to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Develop and implement office space optimization strategies, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting sustainable practices.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, including cost analysis, budgeting, approvals, and renewals to minimize risks and maximize value.
  • Oversee the full procurement and contract management cycle, ensuring vendor performance, cost-effective sourcing, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Requirements:
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in administration, procurement, or strategic planning, preferably in the public sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven leadership in team management and stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including policy drafting and executive presentations, with confidence in liaising with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity with Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement, GeBIZ, and GeBIZ Management Console (GMC).
