Senior Commercial Framework Analyst Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who excels in a data-driven environment and wants to contribute to high-impact initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Framework Analyst to join our Global Commercial team.

The successful candidate will work closely with commercial and operational business leaders to coordinate and update commercial Framework Agreements across Client Programs to help achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build advanced knowledge of commercial, financial, and operational data sets.
  • Engage with clients to support commercial growth and profitability through exercising annual escalations per the terms of Framework Agreements.
  • Review client roster to reflect pricing opportunities for consultants at various career levels and alignment with commitments, historic performance, and resource ability.
  • Develop solid working relationships with internal business partners to assist in data development and management process.
  • Track and monitor Framework Agreement integrity issues from identification through resolution. Develop and document best practices for data management processes.
  • Conduct adhoc deep dives into commercial data to address specific business questions and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or business degree.
  • Minimum 35 years of contract management experience, or related consulting or regulatory environment.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, with experience in handling large datasets and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Working understanding of commercial legal terminology and principles relevant to contract negotiation and compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with contract management application is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required.
  • Goal-driven and resourceful; able to meet tight deadlines and produce high-quality work.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and sensitivity to client relationships.
