Senior Business Development Manager for Workplace Banking

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development activities in the Workplace Banking department. This team provides consumer financial services to corporate customers' staff, fostering long-term relationships and revenue growth.
- Cross-selling client value propositions to attract new-to-bank customers, enhancing their overall banking experience.
- Promoting the adoption of 360 accounts and/or other Personal Banking/Premier Banking products, such as CASA, cards, personal loans, and secured loans.
- Developing and executing strategies to engage corporate customers through events (e.g., Lunch Talks, Staff Bazaar) at their workplaces, boosting brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Creating customized engagement journeys for prospect companies, encompassing event organization, marketing collateral preparation, and logistics management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers, identifying opportunities for ongoing and recurring business engagement.
- Utilizing effective electronic direct mail (EDM) to encourage sign-ups and foster a deeper understanding of each corporate customer's needs.
- Nurturing relationships with various channels within OCBC Bank's Global Commercial Banking to secure warm referrals and expand business networks.
- Collaborating with the Branch Banking network to establish ecosystems through Community Banking initiatives.
- Degree or Diploma required.
- Strong business development acumen, including prior relevant experience in Workplace Banking or B2B/B2C sales.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning.
