Job Title: Healthcare Access Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Patient Service Associate to enhance the overall patient experience and quality of care.

  • Greet patients, manage reception area, answer calls, and handle inquiries with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and process payments efficiently using medical billing software and TPA insurance claims expertise.
  • Verify patient information, process claims, and facilitate hospital admission with precision to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Support nurses and doctors with administrative and clinical tasks to optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Manage medical supplies, provide financial counseling, and coordinate patient surgeries effectively to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of GCE N Level or above qualification is required for this role.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or clinic settings is necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and TPA insurance claims is essential for this job.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities are crucial for success.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Mandarin, and Microsoft Office applications is also required.
