Programme Manager Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to join our team as a Programme Manager. As a key member, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth trajectory of Shopee Mall by driving end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of brand programmes and platform initiatives.

About The Team

The Shopee Mall Business Development team is responsible for driving the growth and success of Shopee Mall. We are looking for a talented individual who can bring their expertise in programme management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate seller performance, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic programmes to support top platform priorities — from conceptualisation and business case development to execution and performance tracking.
  • Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Mall brands and propose actionable, data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving key insights for future business planning and initiative design.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent programme management skills, with experience in driving end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of brand programmes and platform initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with ability to identify growth opportunities and propose data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics.
