Job Title: Elevator Operations Manager

The Building Supervisor will oversee the operational management of elevators and escalators in the Asia Pacific Region, ensuring efficient performance and reliable service. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage site teams, meet sales targets, and handle site issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects between factory and site teams to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing sales operations.
  • Manage project schedules to complete tasks within timeframes without incurring client complaints.
  • Handle site issues and provide solutions with the team, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
