Job Overview:

Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Generalist Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Generalist Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, including managing inventory of ESD apparels and lockers, and assisting employees with their requests.

You will also be responsible for managing the e-Attendance module in the FlexHR system for two plants, generating reports, and liaising with supervisors to ensure pending attendance records are amended or approved before payroll cutoff. Additionally, you will assist staff and supervisors when they encounter issues in the Time Management System, close and unclose attendance periods for both plants, and manage the clocking machine at Chai Chee.

In this role, you will also be responsible for checking all adjustments to Time and Attendance records raised for amendment, preparing periodic summary reports for payroll, and verifying skill allowance by department. You will handle backpayment adjustment and monitor overtime to ensure meeting of legislative requirements.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the implementation of engagement and wellness activities, logistics, and registration of visitors, as well as administering the Employees' Gift Program. Other duties will include processing and tracking invoices and payment status, collection and distribution of incoming mails, and assisting with cafeteria-related matters.

We are looking for an individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel, and has good spoken and written English. It is preferred that you can converse in other languages such as Mandarin or Malay, and have good interpersonal skills. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
