We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead IT Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in managing and maintaining complex IT systems, including LAN environments and database management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining lab assets, including equipment and software;
- Ensuring the availability and readiness of teaching resources and equipment;
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve technical issues;
- Supporting the preparation of computer images for virtualization streaming to lab PCs;
- Collaborating with course coordinators to ensure the smooth delivery of courses and assessments;
- Providing technical support to students and faculty during lab sessions and assessments.
