Job Title:

Project Coordinator and Planner

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator and Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, controlling project plans, developing project objectives, and determining project schedules.

Responsibilities also include enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations; reviewing design specifications, plan, and schedule changes; recommending actions; identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors; and calculating time requirements.

Additionally, the Project Coordinator and Planner must study project plans and specifications; sequence project elements; develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; confer with management; and determine project responsibilities.

Requirements:

Requirements for this role include a minimum Diploma in a relevant field, at least 3 years of project coordination or management experience, and excellent team player skills. Candidates with experience in horticulture will have an advantage.
