Summary of Scope and Responsibilities of Planner position, and not limited to as follows:
Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and development of all necessary programs/ tracking programs for the project operations, and not limited to:

- Scope Planning- Work Breakdown structure into tasks and sub-tasks- Project Schedule Development- Coordination and Development of baseline program for the works- Liaise and obtain inputs from internal project team members and external parties on the development of coordination program, programme revisions, recovery and catch-up programmes- Preparation, collation, and submission of Monthly Progress Updates, narratives, and Reporting- Procurement Planning- Resources and Manpower Planning And Reporting- The input of milestones and revisions into System (SAP)- Risk Management Planning- Supporting on-time delays/ extension of time (EOT) submission requirements.- Identify, highlight, monitor and tracking of potential problems/ delays and risk claim and delay analysis- Maintain of project baseline schedule, and progress trackers, update of project schedule periodically, and analyse effects of proposed changes/ additional activities on the project schedule.- Attend of regular internal meeting and external meetings as convened by client/ various stakeholder/ interfacing parties.

Should Possess the following Qualities:
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.- Responsible and accountable of work- Ability to establish good working relationships with various stakeholders and maintain of positive working attitude- Independent, initiative and dynamic team layer- Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that impact the schedule of work and recommend solutions- Good knowledge and understanding of the nature of the project requirement and relevant industry and to ensure correctness of scheduling and reporting- Meticulous and attentive to details- Ability to work in dynamic environment and timeliness in meeting deadline

Should Possess the following Competency & Proficiency:
- Competency and proficiency in operating of Computerised CPM of Primavera P6 Professional Project Management, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office softwares is mandatory.- Good command of both written and spoken English.- Good interpersonal communications and presentation skills

Qualifications and Educations Background:
- Minimum diploma holder- Certificate in Primavera- Minimum 5 years relevant working experince in planner role
