Mechanical and Electrical Services Manager

Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience in managing projects from start to finish. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical designs and drawings for project implementation.
• Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, timelines, and client expectations.
• Prepare reports on progress, delays, defects, and rectification measures for M&E works.
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site.
• Supervise M&E works, including installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, and mechanical ventilation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in an M&E consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design and building project management, as well as relevant codes of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must have successfully managed residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and recreational projects.
• Qualified registration in the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore is an advantage.
