Role Description
As a Mechanical and Electrical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and administering contract/project works for building services including mechanical and electrical engineering. Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of our clients, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include schematic design, concept development, detailed design, preparation of tender drawings/specifications and cost estimates, project meetings, site inspections, review of shop drawings and technical submissions, and contract administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently, self-motivated, and resourceful are essential qualities for success in this position.
