Mechanical and Electrical Service Specialist

As a seasoned professional in mechanical and electrical services, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks on equipment installations in commercial buildings.
Main Responsibilities:- Performing regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and providing detailed servicing reports.
- Responding to emergency situations and breakdowns on-site, and escalating incidents to management as necessary.
- Developing strong relationships with customers by effectively communicating equipment issues and repairs.
- Carrying out additional duties assigned by Management as required.
- Nitec qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance management of mechanical & electrical services in commercial buildings, with knowledge of VSD operation.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
