Mechanical and Electrical Services Expert

A Preventive Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Coordinate, supervise, and lead repair and maintenance activities for Mechanical and Electrical equipment.
- Review irregularities observed during shifts and discuss corrective actions with the Chief Engineer.
- Conduct shift briefings on maintenance procedures and review critical daily and weekly events to ensure engineering support actions are taken.
- Inspect works carried out by contractors and ensure they adhere to service contract agreements.
- Routine check Mechanical and Electrical Services in accordance with Engineering Maintenance Programmes.
- Monitor and ensure maintenance programmer activities are carried out as planned.
- Prepare Engineering Checklists and work request forms for shift staff to conduct routine servicing and maintenance.
- ITE or NTC-2 with at least 6 years of experience or Diploma with 4 years of experience.
- Sound knowledge in Building Services and Project management.
