Job Role

The role is focused on supporting debt and equity franchise operations. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, preparing marketing pitches, corporate financial analysis, building valuation models and financial models, deal execution, market update reports, data mining, updating and creating relevant databases.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor of Finance and/or accounting background, at least 1 year of relevant experience in ECM transactions, knowledge of equity and equity-related new issue process across the ECM product spectrum, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good knowledge on usage of Bloomberg, strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, basic knowledge and understanding of capital markets business and products.
