Key Job Description

  • Spearhead the growth of our equity derivatives franchise in Asia by developing business development work plans and building market/product ecosystems.
  • Establish strategic positioning and competitive dynamics to drive success in product adoption, leveraging market trends to innovate and enhance competitiveness.
  • Analyse market developments, formulate actionable plans, and collaborate with clients to strengthen the equity derivatives franchise.

Main Deliverables:

  • Cultivate client-centric solutions to bolster the equity derivatives franchise.
  • Develop strategic relationships with buy-side and sell-side market participants to achieve specific sales targets.
  • Promote liquidity in new or emerging product areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of direct experience in finance, preferably from an Equity Derivatives background, coupled with a strong professional network amongst front office professionals and management in equity derivatives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ambitious individuals who can thrive in fast-paced environments.
