Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for conducting debt collection from debtors via phone calls, negotiating payment options and resolving disputes.

  • Conduct debt collection via phone calls, negotiating payment options and resolving disputes.
  • Monitor payments, manage files, and maintain customer service standards while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Handle complaints and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent written, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Computer literacy, with adaptability to our software and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing customer-centric approaches.

Important Note: The Debt Collection Act requires approval by the relevant authorities for individuals involved in debt collection. Foreigners must provide a Good Conduct Certificate.
