About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled debt recovery specialist to join our team. As a debt recovery specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting debts through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and prioritize debt collection activities to ensure timely resolution of cases

- Develop and implement strategies to improve debt collection rates and reduce write-offs

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex debt issues

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a debt collection or credit management role

- Proven track record of successfully resolving high-value debt collections

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
