Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls and negotiating payments with customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve collection targets by successfully negotiating payment plans with delinquent customers.
- Follow up on arrears to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
- Monitor collection status and identify opportunities to improve the collection process.
- Investigate cases of non-payment and take appropriate action to recover outstanding amounts.
