- Coordinate enrolment and renewals for corporate insurance plans, ensuring seamless processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
- Respond promptly to stakeholders' inquiries regarding corporate coverage
- Participate in projects or tasks related to business process improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management and directors
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance activities
- Ensure adherence to established processes and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular reviews and implement improvements to workflows for enhanced efficiency
