About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the construction sector in China and targeted Asian countries.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and assess new markets, segments, and growth opportunities within the construction industry across China and key Asian countries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers in China and across Asia.
  • Opportunity Pursuit: Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities, including project bids, partnerships, and acquisitions, within the construction sector.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to the business development team across China and Asian countries.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and conversion strategies.
