Workday Solutions Implementation Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will lead Workday implementations from end-to-end setup, configuration, and customization. Your mission is to collaborate with partners, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday implementations: oversee setup, configuration, and customization.
  • Collaborate with partners: gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Design and test Workday systems: troubleshoot and resolve issues for functionality.
  • Provide training and ongoing support: ensure effective system usage.
  • Build relationships with partners: offer expert guidance and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Workday projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in configuring Workday or other SaaS HR/Cloud solutions.
  • Workday certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
