Job Opportunity: Service Technician

 

  • Maintenance Technicians are required to provide on-site technical servicing and troubleshooting for dosing pumps and hygiene systems in Singapore.
  • Support the installation, rollout, and preventive maintenance activities of our products.
  • Deliver technical support and training to customers and internal teams to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to develop technical proposals and solution designs that meet customer needs.
  • Document all technical information, including drawings, BOMs, and service reports, accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular internal and customer training sessions to enhance product knowledge and usage.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate service schedules effectively.

 

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in dosing pumps or industrial systems, is required.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial.
  • Strong documentation and report writing skills are also essential.
  • Frequent travel around Singapore to client sites is expected.
