Service Technician Role Overview

 

  • Provide on-site technical servicing and troubleshooting for dosing pumps and hygiene systems.
  • Assist with product installation, rollout, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Offer technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Work with Sales and Project teams to support technical proposals and solution design.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including technical drawings, BOMs, and service reports.
  • Conduct internal and customer training sessions on product use and maintenance.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and plan service schedules.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 1 year in technical support, ideally in dosing pumps or industrial systems.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.
  • Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
  • Ability to travel around Singapore across client sites.
