Technical Support Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment providing onsite technical support to customers. The successful candidate will act as a mobile field service engineer, resolving customer affecting technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to dosing pumps.
  • Install, configure, and maintain customer equipment.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams for pre-sales support, proposals, and product training.
  • Travel up to 75% within Singapore for on-site customer service.

A company vehicle and petrol card are provided for daily commute and travel needs.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering field.
  • 1-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
