Technical Service Expert

This is a specialized role that involves providing technical support and maintenance services to clients. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of dosing pumps and hygiene systems, as well as experience in installation, rollout, and preventive maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple service tasks, and provide excellent customer service skills. Additionally, they should have proficiency in documentation and report writing, as well as the ability to travel around Singapore for client site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical servicing and troubleshooting for dosing pumps and hygiene systems
  • Assist with product installation, rollout, and preventive maintenance activities
  • Offer technical support and training to customers and internal teams
  • Work with Sales and Project teams to support technical proposals and solution design
  • Maintain proper documentation, including technical drawings, BOMs, and service reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum 1 year in technical support, ideally in dosing pumps or industrial systems
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks
  • Proficiency in documentation and report writing
