Junior E-Commerce Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior E-Commerce Professional to support our growing online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders through integrated platforms and input them into our system, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on various platforms, providing timely support and maintaining positive store ratings.
  • Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Design visually appealing product pages using design tools like Canva or similar software.
  • Update and maintain product listings across all online stores, including creating attractive cover photos and product visuals.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure our platforms and website are working smoothly and efficiently.
  • Track performance metrics and assist in reporting insights from e-commerce data and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Contribute creative ideas for promotions and campaigns, including social media initiatives like live streaming.
  • Research competitors' online activities to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Support coordination between finance and sales teams to align online orders with internal records.
  • Occasionally assist walk-in customers referred from online channels.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms, including TikTok, RedMart, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and NTUC, with fluency in English and Mandarin for customer support.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and self-discipline are essential.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Canva or ORACLE Netsuite is a plus.
