**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online and Retail Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing sales both in-store and through online platforms. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, processing orders, and contributing to overall sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Sales**:

- Act as the main point of contact for department store partners (e.g., Metro, Robinsons, etc.).
- Coordinate retail sales activities, promotional plans, and product launches with department store buyers and floor managers.
- Ensure proper product placement, pricing, and promotional signage within partner stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking in collaboration with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Conduct regular visits to department stores to review merchandising, staff training, and in-store displays.

**Online Sales**:

- Manage and process online orders through e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Lazada).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate online listings.
- Assist in creating and updating product listings and promotional content.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage and fulfill online sales orders via e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings with clear images and descriptions.
- Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize online sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to run digital campaigns aligned with in-store promotions.

**General Duties**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure cohesive customer experience across channels.

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or online sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ERP system and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online merchandising is a plus.
