- Ensure stock control is maintained and rotated to minimize waste and optimize inventory
- Maintain a team working and friendly atmosphere, promoting a positive work environment
- Follow company security procedures to protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- Cleaning and maintaining of outlet to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Manage retail and online orders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery
- Provide go-the-extra-mile service to exceed customer expectations and build loyalty
- Ensure and maintain a hazard-free environment, responding to service challenges and resolving issues promptly
- Manage the customer experience through different platforms, encouraging social media reviews and ratings
Requirements:

Working Conditions:
