Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business development strategy forward. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue corporate partnerships and collaborations that align with our mission, developing and executing a strategic plan to support enrollment, branding, and revenue generation.

  • Identify and pursue corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with our mission
  • Develop and execute a corporate engagement strategy to support enrollment, branding, and revenue generation
  • Build long-term relationships with corporates, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that deliver mutual benefits
  • Work with internal teams to design corporate-linked programs
  • Represent the institution at networking events, conferences, and corporate functions
  • Monitor market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Track and report on partnership performance and ROI to senior leadership

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, with a proven track record in securing corporate sponsorships, partnerships, or strategic alliances.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate business development, B2B sales, or partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build high-level relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Experience in education, services, or CSR-related industries is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a start-up environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced international school environment
