School Event Coordinator

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and providing support for the organisation of school events. This includes sourcing suitable vendors for food catering, planning menus and making special arrangements for individuals with dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning: Plan, prepare and provide support for the organisation of school events including sourcing vendors for provision of food, planning of menu and making special arrangements for individuals with dietary needs.
- School Operations Management: Manage the operations of the Printing Room, working closely with Exam Committee in the printing of exam papers ensuring all printing requests are completed on time.
- Canteen Vendor Management: Assist the school in managing Canteen Vendors performing daily checks to ensure adherence to Health Promotion Board guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with event management and procurement procedures.
