As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance programs are implemented and carried out in accordance with our policies and client directives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all contracts, including reviewing and verifying invoices to ensure they match contract pricing.
  • Supervise maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of our properties.
  • Oversee the implementation of ongoing contract programs to assess tenant and occupant needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of site-specific documentation and reports.
  • Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, contracts, and expenditures related to our facilities.
  • Hire, train, and motivate facility personnel, maintaining positive staff relations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience.
  • Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
