Lead Product Manager - Digital Products

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to develop and deliver digital products for the maritime industry. As a key member of our Digital Translation Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight to cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes aligned with our strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver product outcomes in line with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee resource allocation, performance management, and team development to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive the strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution of digital products and implementations to meet business requirements.
  • Analyse user needs, market trends, and product performance to inform redesigns and enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and research institutions.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in product management, preferably in the digital or maritime domains.
  • Prior experience in leading teams or managing multi-disciplinary groups.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-agency or public-private sector collaborations.
