Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our aviation digital projects. As Project Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, driving business growth, and fostering a high-performance culture within your team.

About the Role:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects across various airports and aviation environments.
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry needs, ensuring seamless integration of services.
  • Mentor and guide digital professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Identify and prioritize technology initiatives, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders and external partners to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Over 20 years of experience in digital/IT leadership roles, preferably in aviation.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital/IT projects within airports or aviation environments.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation technologies, systems, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
  • Executive-level leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with relevant certifications highly desirable.
