Financial Operations Director

Job Description:

  • As a Financial Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization. This includes monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • You will lead and mentor a team committed to operational excellence and high performance. Engage in strategic planning with the executive team to set and achieve subsidiary goals through effective implementation of strategic plans and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with industry partners; assess financial tools to enhance these relationships. Manage the financial health of the subsidiary through budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation of cost-saving measures.
  • Uphold stringent quality and compliance standards through regular audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and a strong internal controls system. Promote and practice 8S methodologies, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Conduct thorough risk management to identify and mitigate internal and external risks.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis on financial performance, administrative efficiency, and HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in overseeing finance, administration, and human resources departments.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution, budget management, and operational optimization.
