Job Title: Financial Operations Director
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Director to oversee the financial planning and business performance analysis of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with established financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in accounting or finance with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience from the F&B industry is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of inventory management and costing principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
