Job Title: Financial Operations Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities include ensuring full statutory compliance by maintaining a strong understanding of taxation laws, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
Responsibilities also include overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns, managing monthly closing activities, and liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.
You will also manage cash flows and working capital requirements, lead and manage a team of finance executives, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Budgeting and Forecasting: The Financial Operations Director will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and maintaining documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, and a qualified CA are essential. Additionally, thorough knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax laws, hands-on experience with accounting software, strong analytical skills, and effective communication and team management abilities are required.
